iHatePDF is a browser-based PDF toolkit. The website does not operate a document upload endpoint. Files selected for processing remain in your browser and are processed on your device.
PDF processing, OCR, and ZIP libraries are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs). Those providers may receive standard network information such as your IP address when their scripts load, but the website does not send your PDF contents to them.
We do not require accounts, store documents, or run analytics or advertising scripts in this version. Your hosting provider may retain standard access logs. If the site later adds analytics or advertising, this notice will need updating.
For sensitive files, review results before sharing. The PDF tools are provided without warranty.
